What have people said about Calm Body Yoga?

The exercises were really good . The relaxation at the end was great, finished off session well.

I enjoyed this evenings session with Ellie, she explained the moves clearly and took the session at a good pace. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation at the end. I thought it was the right level for me.

good. Liked the tempo of the moves and liked the explanation of where the hips should be in the warrior 1 pose.

6 weeks of Calm Body Yoga classes, starting on Tuesday 2nd March and running until Tuesday 6th April, 7.30pm-8.30pm.

The sessions will focus on building strength and flexibility, but they will also end with a mindfulness relaxation practice to wind you down and get you ready for a good night’s rest. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not essential.

All classes are recorded so you can access them as many times as you want for a week after.

Thanks for choosing to join us at Calm Body Yoga. Can’t wait to see you there on the night!
